The Role

Legora has grown from 40 to 1,000 people in just 18 months, expanding across four continents along the way. We're growing fast, and as the business scales, we need strong leaders, high-performing teams, and the right foundations to support what's next.

We're looking for a Senior People Partner to lead the people agenda across our Legal, Operations, and People functions. Together, these teams have around 150 people today, with plans to grow to approximately 250 by the end of 2027.

You'll work closely with senior leaders across all three functions, helping them build great teams, make smart organisational decisions, and tackle the challenges of scaling a business at this pace.

This is a chance to have a real impact on how Legora grows, working with leaders who have high expectations and want a People Partner who brings ideas, challenges their thinking, and gets things done.
