Privacy Policy

joArch is a small job search website run by one person from Nepal. This page explains, in plain words, what we store about you and why. We keep as little as we can.

If you just browse

You can search jobs and read every job page without an account. We don't ask for your name or email, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your light/dark theme choice is saved in your own browser only.

If you sign in with Google

When you sign in, Google shares a few details with us, and we store:

• your name and email address from your Google account,
• your plan (free or paid) and when you joined,
• the jobs you save,
• job alerts you set up, once that feature launches (the search, filters and how often you want them).

We never see or store your Google password. We use a login cookie only to keep you signed in.

Why we use it

• to sign you in and show your saved jobs and plan,
• to send the job alerts you asked for, to your email address,
• to reply if you contact us.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Services we use

These companies run parts of joArch for us and process data only to provide their service: Supabase (database and sign-in), Google (the "Sign in with Google" button) and Vercel (website hosting). Their servers may be outside Nepal. When we add paid plans, payments will be handled by a payment provider, and we will update this page before that happens.

The jobs on joArch

Job listings come from public job boards that companies publish themselves, and from job sites that allow it. They are about companies, not about you. When you click "Apply", you go to the original job page, and that site's own privacy policy applies there.

How long we keep it

We keep your account details for as long as you have an account. You can remove saved jobs at any time. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile, saved jobs and alerts.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Email edvinjirel.13@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, and we'll reply as soon as we can.
