⭐️ The Growth Team
You'll be joining a high-visibility growth pod that owns some of the most critical parts of the Nivoda funnel. The team works at the intersection of data, design, and engineering — and operates with the urgency of a startup inside a scaling business.

This is a new co-located team - right in Boston. There will be some flexibility, but we believe that working together in person will help deliver the most speed and impact.

🤔 About the Role
As Senior PM for Growth, you'll own the metrics that determine whether Nivoda grows. You'll lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers to ship fast, run experiments, and relentlessly improve conversion and retention across the funnel. This isn't a role for people who want to write specs and hand them over — it's for someone who thrives in the middle of the action, connects data to narrative, and leads their team toward outcomes with clarity and pace.

You'll report directly into the VP of Product and have a high-visibility seat at the table. The work you do will directly shape Nivoda's growth trajectory. You'll have autonomy to ship fast and lead the direction of your pod.
