As our VP of Product Design, you'll own the creative vision and experience direction for Midnite, shaping how our products look, feel and evolve as we scale. You'll bring exceptional design taste, bold creative thinking and the ambition to build experiences that stand out in our industry. Working alongside our senior leadership team, you'll influence product strategy, champion design excellence and ensure creativity is at the heart of our biggest decisions. This is an opportunity to shape the future of Midnite's products, build a world-class design function and set a new standard for what great looks like.

You will:

• Own and define the creative vision and long-term design direction for Midnite, ensuring our products deliver distinctive, beautifully crafted experiences.

• Set an exceptional standard for visual and interaction design, championing creativity, innovation and attention to detail across everything we build.

• Shape the end-to-end customer experience across native apps, web and internal platforms, creating a cohesive and recognisable Midnite experience.

• Partner with our executive leadership, Product and Engineering teams to influence company strategy, challenge thinking and shape our most important product decisions.

• Provide creative direction on our most ambitious and high-impact initiatives, pushing boundaries and ensuring exceptional execution from concept through to delivery.

• Lead, inspire and develop our Product Design function, building a culture of outstanding craft, creative ambition and ownership.

• Drive the evolution of our design systems and principles, creating the foundations for exceptional design quality as our products and teams scale.

• Work closely with Brand, Creative, Growth, CRM and Games to ensure a joined-up creative vision across the entire customer journey.

• Champion emerging technologies, including AI, exploring how they can unlock new creative possibilities and transform how we design and build.

• Shape the future of design at Midnite, influencing how we work, invest in talent and continuously raise the bar for product experiences.
