The roles

We’re hiring two partners: one to work with our Customer and Go to Market teams, and one to work with our Product and Engineering teams.

Both roles sit inside a team that takes people and performance seriously - not as an HR function on the periphery of the business, but as a genuine commercial partner within it. These are roles where the work is real and the impact is visible.

You’ll work closely with managers across your area in New Zealand to develop performance, strengthen leadership, and navigate complexity early. You’ll be close to the work and the people, not operating from a distance.

Day to day, that looks like: coaching managers through difficult conversations, handling early employee relations matters with confidence, spotting patterns before they become problems, and building clarity and accountability into how teams operate. You’ll carry signal up and bring perspective down.

• Customer and Go to Market: you’ll partner with the teams who sell to, onboard and support our farmers, where pace, targets and customer outcomes shape the work.

• Product and Engineering: you’ll partner with the teams who design and build Halter’s software, where technical depth, craft and team design shape the work.

You’ll report into the Head of Partnering for your area and work alongside a tight team of partners who operate the same way: with judgment, not just process.
