About the role:

Imagine connecting the platforms, processes, and workflows that help one of the world’s most advanced ag-tech companies grow… and making them work seamlessly for the people who rely on them every day.

At Halter, our ecosystem sits at the heart of how we reach customers, sell, launch, and support them. We’re looking for an Ecosystem Manager who loves understanding how a business works, finding opportunities to make it better, and leading a team that turns those opportunities into practical solutions.

Reporting to our Head of Ecosystem and AI, you’ll lead our team of functional developers across Revenue, Service, and SOAM. You’ll own the delivery and ongoing health of the business platforms and workflows within your team’s scope, making sure they evolve with Halter as we scale.

This role brings together people leadership, platform expertise, and delivery ownership. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, RevOps, and our commercial and customer teams to translate business needs into connected, scalable solutions.
