About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Construction Analyst to join our team supporting digital construction project oversight. This role sits at the intersection of construction, data, and technology—offering a unique opportunity to shape how construction progress is monitored and managed.

As a key member of our operations team, you will review site walkthroughs and verify construction progress against schedules and plans. You’ll use advanced tools—including model comparisons and digital tracking systems—to ensure data accuracy, track project milestones, and support real-time decision-making. Your responsibilities will also include managing the end-to-end data review process, conducting deep project reviews to identify coordination or quality gaps, and resolving recurring client support issues.

This is a full-time role (approx. 40 hours per week) requiring a minimum 1-year commitment, with a formal contract in place. Training will take place over several weeks at CloudFactory’s offices, followed by an estimated 10-week ramp-up to full responsibility. This position offers growth potential into leadership opportunities and may include participation in client visits to Nepal.

Your work will directly impact the reliability of our data operations and the efficiency of construction project delivery—helping ensure our clients receive the highest quality support and insights.
