Talent Acquisition Partner, Product & Design

How you'll make impact

You'll own full-cycle recruiting for Airwallex's Product and Design organizations, partnering with hiring managers across Product Management, Product Strategy, Data Science, and Design to build the teams behind our payments, treasury, spend, issuing, and platform products.

• Own hiring strategies for Product and Design roles by aligning senior leaders and hiring managers on role requirements, candidate assessment, and talent priorities.

• Build creative, data-driven sourcing strategies and diverse pipelines through direct outreach, referrals, events, and other channels.

• Deliver a high-quality recruiting process from intake through offer close, including candidate screening, structured interviews, feedback calibration, and offer negotiations.

• Advise hiring managers with market intelligence, candidate insights, and pipeline data to inform hiring decisions and workforce planning.

• Partner with the broader Product & Design Talent Acquisition team, Employer Branding, People Partners, and Total Rewards to strengthen Airwallex's position with product and design talent.

You'll work from our San Francisco office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

What we're looking for

Essentials

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a meaningful portion focused on product management, product strategy, design, or related disciplines in a technology or startup environment.

• Proven ability to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders on talent strategy, role requirements, and candidate assessment.

• Strong sourcing skills with a track record of building diverse candidate pipelines through direct outreach, referrals, events, and creative channels.

• Experience using applicant tracking systems, such as Ashby or Greenhouse, and recruiting data to manage pipelines, track metrics, and drive process improvements.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously across different hiring manager groups.

Preferred

• Experience recruiting in a high-growth fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure company, with familiarity navigating global or multi-regional hiring.

• Comfort operating in environments with high standards, fast iteration cycles, and evolving priorities.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
